This privacy policy applies to ("Site") and the Officetrax platforms ("Service"), owned and operated by Core 7 Technologies Inc. (“Officetrax” “us,” “we,” "our," or “Company”). This privacy policy describes how Officetrax collects and uses the personal information you provide us and it also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

Officetrax must deliver the highest levels of trust and security so our customers can be certain that Officetrax, its services, and its website, is genuine, and that the information you send Officetrax via Web browsers, the Officetrax mobile app and other devices stays private and confidential.

Information You Provide

When registering for an Officetrax Account we collect your full name, company or organization name, time zone, and email address. When signing up for a paid plan, Officetrax will collect credit card information / payment information, and use a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on behalf of Officetrax.

You may also provide personal information about other people, such as their name and email address. This information is only used for the sole purpose of completing your request or for whatever reason it may have been provided.

We will respond to any requests for access to personal information within 30 days. Officetrax’s practice is not to use such personal information for marketing purposes unless explicitly authorized. Officetrax may use the collected personal information and other information Officetrax collects about your use of the Service, to operate and make the Service available to you, for billing, identification and authentication, to contact you about your use of the Service, research purposes and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service and Site.

Officetrax will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Information Collected

We collect information regarding your use of the Officetrax Site and Services, your login time and duration and your last known login date and time. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from you. Officetrax may access your geographic location data at the time that you login to our Services. As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, or site functionality.

Information Related to Data Collected for Our Clients

Officetrax collects information under the direction of its clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. If you are a Client and would like to update your account please contact us.

Officetrax has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Officetrax client (the data controller). If the client requests Officetrax to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

How we use Your Information

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, utilize the mobile app or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
  • To quickly process your transactions.
  • To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products

Officetrax Mobile App

Officetrax collects location data to enable real-time travel activity, GPS navigation and onsite time tracking even when the app is closed or not in use.

Information Sharing

Except as described in this policy, Officetrax will not give, sell, rent, share or loan any personal information to any third party. We may disclose such information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. Officetrax may also provide non-personal, summary or group statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal information.

Links to 3rd Party Sites

Our site includes links to other web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Officetrax. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any web site you visit.

Social Media Integration & 3rd Apps

Our Service includes Social Media Features, such as the Twitter Timeline. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Officetrax may store, but not rent, sell, or share, any user names or logins you provide in order to allow our service to integrate with the 3rd-party apps.

Children's Personal Information

The Service and Site are not intended for, nor does Officetrax knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16.


We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name and company logo. If you wish to send us a testimonial, or update or delete your previous testimonial, you can contact us.

Communication From the Site

We communicate with our customers using information provided to us in various ways, which include but are not limited to:

Service-related Announcements: We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

Customer Service: Based upon the personal information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also follow up with no more than 10 emails to help you get started with a new Account or Trial. We will also communicate with you in response to your support inquiries, to provide some of the services you request. We will communicate with you by email.

Surveys or Contests: From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information and demographic information (such as zip code / postal code). We use this information to notify contest winners and to monitor site traffic or personalize the site.


In order to comply with Canadian Anti-Spam legislations Officetrax agrees to the following:

  • NOT use false or misleading subjects or email addresses
  • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters
  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used
  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly
  • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email, or reply 'unsubscribe', and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.

You can review the most current version of this privacy policy at any time at Your continued use of the Site or Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes to the privacy policy.
