Officetrax must deliver the highest levels of trust and security so our customers can be certain that Officetrax, it’s services, and it’s website, is genuine, and that the information you send Officetrax via Web browsers, and other devices stays private and confidential.
Newsletter sign-up is conducted safely through MailChimp services. When you agree to sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive at least one email per month regarding products, news, promotions, and other marketing information from Officetrax. Information You Provide
When registering for an Officetrax Account we collect your full name, company or organization name, time zone, and email address. When signing up for a paid plan, Officetrax will collect credit card information / payment information, and use a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on Officetrax’s behalf.
You may also provide personal information about other people, such as their name and email address. This information is only used for the sole purpose of completing your request or for whatever reason it may have been provided.
We will respond to any requests for access to personal information within 30 days. Officetrax’s practice is not to use such personal information for marketing purposes unless explicitly authorized. Officetrax may use the collected personal information and other information Officetrax collects about your use of the Service, to operate and make the Service available to you, for billing, identification and authentication, to contact you about your use of the Service, research purposes and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service and Site.
Officetrax will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. Officetrax collects information under the direction of its clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. If you are a Client and would like to update your account please contact us.
Officetrax has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Officetrax client (the data controller). If the client requests Officetrax to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name and company logo. If you wish to send us a testimonial, or update or delete your previous testimonial, you can contact us.
Communication From the Site
We communicate with our customers using information provided to us in various ways, which include but are not limited to:
Service-related Announcements: We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Surveys or Contests: From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information and demographic information (such as zip code / postal code). We use this information to notify contest winners and to monitor site traffic or personalize the site.
In order to comply with Canadian Anti-Spam legislations Officetrax agrees to the following:
