Integrated Service Delivery Solution:
Officetrax Nexus® is a web service that allows service vendors and retail/restaurant chains, who utilize the Officetrax® Facility Maintenance Management service, the opportunity to link up electronically via the web. We have developed a standardized format for which you will be able to create your own internal bridge. For those vendors who utilize a popular in-house software application this bridge need only to be created once.
Officetrax® has created the necessary testing environment along with detailed instructions for your programmers. After your programmers have completed the development of your bridge you will be required to go through a certification procedure. Once this is complete your company will be able to exchange critical data and information regarding dispatched service requests, received from your customer, without the need for duplicate entry.
