FM Quick Entry Portal
For those stores/locations with internet access, Officetrax® now offers the FMQE Portal designed to meet the specific requirements of the onsite manager. The service can be formatted to be used with either broadband or restricted bandwidth internet access at the site.
Features include the following:
- Each location is given their own User ID and Password so when they login to the service it knows exactly who they are and provides them with access to only their site’s information.
- An Automated Request Wizard designed to quickly walk the user through the call entry phase. Note: it is possible to put in problem specific alerts that could possibly help the user avoid placing the call.
- A list of all “open” calls is available to the store/location manager so that they are kept aware of all maintenance and repair issues until they have been completed.
- A unique closeout system that will insure vendor procedure compliance at the store/location as well as gauge the level of satisfaction by the on-duty-manager.
