FM Portal

Description of the Service:
The Facility Management (FM) Portal was created for use by both internal and external/field managers so that they could be given access to the company’s data stored inside the Officetrax® service. Each manager would be given their own unique user ID and Password which based on their areas of responsibility could have access to a specific store/location or a group/region of store/locations. Managers may also be given their own unique user profile which would only allow them viewer access to specific information such as: open requests, service history, invoice information, store/location equipment data, LIVE reports and more.

What are some of the benefits to this type of access?
Officetrax® acts as a centralized repository for store/location information and data. You can also feed data into the service from other internal data systems. This information can easily be shared inside your maintenance department however view only access, through the FM Portal, can also be given to other departments within your organization. This is an excellent way to share LIVE up to date information.

Field managers are able to view all the service requests for their store/locations without necessarily being involved in the daily repair and maintenance function. This would therefore allow them to effectively manage a larger group.

With Officetrax it’s possible for the field manager to move equipment and assets from location to location therefore maintaining an accurate list of assets for each location.
