The acquisition will allow Core 7 Technologies to provide web-based maintenance management software to the commercial real estate industry through the formation of Core 7 US Inc, a new U.S. operating company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

This will allow the electronic exchange of critical data and information, concerning dispatched service requests, without the need for duplicate entry.

Some of the information that can be exchanged through the service includes: the Receipt of Dispatches; the Acceptance or Decline of a service call; the receipt and update of ETA information; Check-in and Check-out of a call; Status updates; Addition of Notes to a call; Exchange of RFP information; Addition of Documents and Images; Message exchanges; Invoice Submission and Challenges; and more.
