Officetrax® enables facility managers, field managers and service providers to link up electronically for the purpose of working more effectively with each other through the utility of the internet. We create a unique service network for each company within our server environment which allows us to customize the service based on your specific requirements. The service acts as a centralized storage bin for all of the repair and maintenance activities that takes place at each location that is being managed by your facility management department. Each participating group is given their own access portal that allows them to view and add information to a service request based on specific rules of responsibility. For security reasons, the users of the service are assigned their own unique user ids and passwords. The system is then able to record all access activity with a user name, which actions were performed, plus a time and date stamp. We have incorporated the most recent developments in mobile technology into the service to increase the utility and to improve the productivity of its users. Officetrax® offers exceptional ease-of-use and system scalability consequently our service can be used effectively by all sizes of companies and organizations.

Getting Started
Once your company makes the decision that they want to subscribe to the Officetrax® service we make the commitment to get you up and running on our service as quickly as possible so that you are able to maximize your return on investment. We utilize industry best practices and extensive planning when preparing to deploy our services for you. The successful implementation can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on your company’s need for change. A typical implementation plan would proceed as follows:
- Company identifies a project manager and implementation team.
- Review current operational work flows.
- Determine what system configuration will be required.
- System activation - setup users and support files
- Upload key data files (history, locations, vendors, equipment)
- Internal testing of service by project team.
- Training internal and external users. Officetrax® will train vendors.
- Launch service when satisfied all the above has been completed.
