Service Overview

Officetrax® has created a web-based operational software service designed to meet the unique needs of a national maintenance organization. Our service allows NMO’s to link electronically to their sub-contractors via the internet allowing them to dispatch work, track the progress and allow the sub-contractor to submit an electronic invoice upon completion of the work assigned. NMO’s are also able to receive a direct feed from any customer who utilizes the Officetrax® Facility Maintenance service resulting in a seamless transfer of dispatched service requests, work updates, RFP submissions, invoice submissions and more. With Officetrax® you will be able to build stronger business relationships with your clients while at the same time drive your own operational costs down resulting in a stronger bottom line for your organization.
