  • Ability to search and maintain equipment specifications (i.e. Make, Model, Serial #, Warranty, etc.) for every piece of equipment serviced at a specific customer location.
  • Audit work order for correct technician time assignments, purchase order completion, parts markup and service follow-up notes.
  • The office is able to email completed work ticket with signature to the customer immediately upon completion of a job.
