With Officetrax® you are able to seamlessly connect customer service representatives, dispatchers, field technicians, internal managers and the customer through a centralized database of LIVE data which allows everyone to follow all repair and maintenance activity to its completion using the internet. Field service technicians are able to always be connected to the home office using laptops or PDA devices. With their devices mobile technicians are able to receive their work orders, update the status of the work performed and also access site equipment detail and service history information.

Security and User Access:
