Allowing your locations to participate in the service cycle will greatly increase the speed of service to those same locations and improve the communication between the facilities and operations departments. With the FMQEP module locations can now create their own service requests by simply selecting a Trade, Asset or piece of Equipment and then selecting a Problem. These 3 selections are presented to the location in the form of concise drop down lists (customizable by you, the Officetrax client). Locations may also view the status of any open service request, add notes to existing requests, receive alerts from the head office, view previous history of service and if you wish participate in the closing of the request with the on-site vendor. This module also always the use of multiple languages (unlimited) between different locations, and translates back to English for the use of dispatch and administration. The FMQEP module is also highly customizable based on the needs of the client.
