Officetrax currently provides its subscribers with unlimited 'live' email support between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Our internal support staff may also be reached by telephone at toll free 1-877-329-3832 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Subscribers are encouraged to restrict their phone calls to Training and Emergency issues.
To ensure that every call is given top priority an internal pager system directs after hour requests to an on call customer support representative. All emergency requests are handled immediately.
Our specially trained technical support staff handles all requests for assistance promptly and professionally.
